This is on of our favourite healthy protein smoothies which can be made in only a few minutes.
1. 1 x Banana
2. Handful of frozen diced Mango
3. Dash of Chia Seeds
4. 1 Tspn x Nut Butter of your choice
5. Soy Milk (amount depending on your desired consistency)
6. Add a reusable straw such as seastraws.
7. Voila, enjoy!
