This is the ideal organic pre workout smoothie that will provide you with all the energy you need for an intense training session without feeling "too heavy". Not only is it healthy but bloody delicious too!

Here's what's in it:

1 x Organic Banana

Dash of Organic Shredded Coconut.

Organic Rolled Oats.

1 Tspn of Organic Peanut Butter.

Grounded Cinnamon.

Organic Soy Milk (amount depending on your desired consistency).
