Healthy green smoothie recipe with a glass straw from seastraws

Every single morning we start the day with a green smoothie. We've perfected this green smoothie recipe down to the bone and we want to share it with you. You can drink this smoothie all day every day, that's how crazy good and healthy this smoothie is!

Healthy green smoothie recipe

Here's what's in it:

1 x Frozen Banana

1 x Kale Leaf

1/2 Handful x Sunflower seeds

A few Pumpkin seeds

1 Tbspn x Shredded Coconut

1 Tspn x Spirulina (optional)

1-1 1/2 cup x Coconut Water (less=thicker, more=thinner)

Add ice (optional as the frozen banana makes it cold too)
