Alicia's Sibo Friendly Green Smoothie

If you haven't heard about Alicia before, now's the time! Alicia (@feedthatblonde) is one of our favourite content creators and recipe developers, and her website is our "go-to" for smoothie inspo and other healthy recipes. 

Alicia recently posted a green smoothie recipe that is too good not to share. She's also a big fan of our glass straws which makes us adore her even more! Scroll down to find out what's in this delicious green smoothie.

Green smoothie ingredients

Green Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 30g walnuts
  • 2-3 tsp natural bone broth
  • 2 tsp greens powder
  • 1/2 cup puffed buckwheat or puffed brown rice (optional)
  • 1 serve (30g) vanilla bovine collagen
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp pure monk fruit extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 6 large ice cubes
