2. Handful of diced frozen mango.
3. Mixed seeds.
4. Coconut water (amount depending on what consistency you want)
5. Blend it.
6. Add a reusable straw such as seastraws.
7. Voila, enjoy!
If you want it sweeter simply add your choice of nut butter.
