For those of you who have followed our journey for a while, you know that I (Mimmi) am totally smoothie obsessed. I've made A LOT of smoothies but this blueberry banana protein smoothie is definitely "up there" as one of my best (so far).
This protein smoothie is perfect as either breakfast smoothie or a post-workout snack, or both!😉 Enough chatting, here's what's in this tasty blueberry banana protein smoothie:
- 1-2 cups frozen blueberries.
- 1 frozen banana.
- 1.5 tsp cacao protein powder.
- 1.5 tsp crushed hazelnuts.
- Soy Milk (you decide how much. Use less liquid if you want the smoothie THICK).
The smoothie tastes even better sipped through our smoothie straws.;) Enjoy!
