If you're a smoothie newbie, the ingredient lists might sometime seem overwhelming. Well, we got some good news for you! Pretty much all of our smoothies are based on the same ingredients, we call them; The Basics.

Make sure you have these ingredients at home at all times. This way, you will never run out of smoothie recipes!

 

Dry Ingredients

  • Coconut
  • Oats
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Your choice of nuts

Frozen Ingredients

  • Mango
  • Banana
  • Berries

Fridge

  • Spinach or Kale (if you like green smoothies)
  • Coconut Water
  • Your choice of milk
